So you want to paint on human skin? Whether you are a novice or you have some experience, join us for this full day workshop that will cover everything from tools and supplies to techniques and business tips. The art of painting human skin is very different than any other form of art. You are actually painting a breathing, living being. There is a lot to learn and understand about this art form such as:

  • Different forms of body art

  • Difference between makeup used for base coat, blending and line work

  • What are some of the best brands?

  • Which tools do you use for application and removal?

  • How do you price your services?

  • What kind of insurance is required?

  • What should a basic kit consist of?

  • Adhesives, glitters & extras

  • How to keep your kit clean?

We will be putting some of what we learn into action on live models during this workshop so please feel free to bring a model along for this course (*please note: models must be 18 and over and they must sign a consent form in order to participate*). Professional artist, Alicia Cobb, will guide you through the basics of what you need to know. She has 16 years of collective experience in the industry and travels the world competing and teaching others this craft.
$100 + tax per participant. Refreshments and a light dinner included.
